Shaq Hardy
Founder & President
Shaq is a former foster kid and currently serves as a pastor and an itinerate preacher. Shaq founded Orphan No More Foundation after seeing how sharing his story both motivated other believers to get involved with foster care and adoption, and seeing how his story encouraged kids currently growing up like he did. Shaq's desire is to move the needle on the worlds orphan problem one story at a time. Shaq is a new dad to Emerson Rose.
Micah Fries
Board Member
Micah Fries (pronounced Freeze) is the Director of Engagement at Glocal.net and the Director of Programs at the Multi-Faith Neighbor’s Network. He has served as a Senior Pastor in Tennessee & Missouri, at LifeWay Christian Resources in Nashville, TN, as a Christian minister in Burkina Faso, West Africa, and as a frequent speaker in churches and conferences. He holds a Master of Divinity from Midwestern Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from The Baptist University of Florida. Micah is currently a Ph.D. student at Southeastern Seminary. Micah is married to Tracy and the father of Sarah Grace, Kessed Noel, and Haddon, an adopted son from the Kingdom of Lesotho in southern Africa.
Micah is the co-editor and author of Islam & North America: Loving our Muslim Neighbors. He has also authored Leveling the Church and a commentary volume on Haggai and Zephaniah in the Christ-Centered Commentary Series.

Tammy Werner
Board Member
Tammy and her husband Mark have four kids. They adopted from Russia and are former foster parents. Tammy has a big heart for orphans and has a big desire to help foster families find community.
Rachael Hardy
Secretary
Rachael is a new mom to Emerson Rose and loves working with kids. Rachael desires to foster to adopt and is dedicated to helping kids with trauma work through pain as they learn to process that pain in a healthy way.
