Shaq Hardy
founder & president
Shaq Hardy is a former foster kid and itinerant preacher who founded Orphan No More Foundation out of a deeply personal calling. After spending the first decade of his life in foster care, Shaq saw how sharing his story not only encouraged children growing up without parents, but also mobilized believers to step into foster care and adoption.
Through Orphan No More Foundation, Shaq works to move the needle on the global orphan crisis one story at a time—amplifying real adoption and foster care stories, equipping the Church, and helping remove barriers for families who say yes to children in need.
Shaq lives in Middle Tennessee with his wife, Rachael, and their daughter.
